Spicy artichoke and zucchini dip, perfect for snacking with crackers, chips, or veggies. Customize with extra hot sauce or pico de gallo for extra kick!
Ingredients:
  • 1 zucchini, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon pico de gallo seasoning
Instructions:
  • Drain zucchini by salting it in a colander set over a bowl in the fridge for an hour to release excess liquid.
  • Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl. Stir in artichoke hearts, drained zucchini, and black olives. Season with hot sauce, salt, pepper, and pico de gallo seasoning. Serve with crackers, raw vegetables, or corn chips.
