Indulge in Italy's famous affogato - a decadent dessert blending gelato and espresso. Quick and easy to make at home, simply pour espresso over vanilla gelato and top with your favorite liqueur like Frangelico or Kahlua.
Ingredients:
  • 1 litre vanilla bean ice-cream
  • 250.00 ml freshly brewed strong espresso coffee
  • 125ml frangelico
Instructions:
  • Scoop generous portions of ice cream into serving glasses. Serve alongside shot glasses of coffee and Frangelico. When ready to enjoy, pour the coffee and liqueur over the ice cream. Serve with biscotti.
