Air fry asparagus with balsamic vinegar and rosemary for a delicious, healthy side dish that pairs perfectly with any main course.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 medium lemons, quartered
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the asparagus spears in a single layer and air fry or bake until they start to char, about 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with a lemon wedge for an extra zesty kick. Enjoy!
