Irresistible air fryer bacon-wrapped chicken thighs filled with herbed butter for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 stick butter, softened
  • 0.5 clove minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.125 teaspoon coarse salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 pound thick-cut bacon
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together softened butter, 1/2 clove minced garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Roll the butter mixture into a log shape using wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, approximately 2 hours.
  • Place a strip of bacon on a sheet of wax paper, then layer a chicken thigh and sprinkle with minced garlic. Spread a bit of cold butter mixture in the center. Fold the chicken thigh over, roll it up in bacon, and secure it. Repeat with the rest of the thighs and bacon.
  • Heat up your air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Air fry chicken thighs until they are fully cooked, about 25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
