Salad kit transforms into a flavorful meal with only 3 ingredients: glaze salmon with kit dressing, sprinkle chopped nuts for crunch, and squeeze lemon juice for tang. Air fry for crispy golden outside and moist inside. Delicious and simple!
Ingredients:
  • 350g pkt Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Kit
  • 4 (460g in total) Tasmanian Salmon Portions Skin Off, each cut into 4-5 pieces
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 1 avocado, halved, sliced
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Drizzle the 1 tablespoon of dressing from the sachet in the salad kit over the salmon, saving the extra for later.
  • Finely chop half of the almonds provided in the salad kit, then sprinkle them generously over the salmon. Add a touch of seasoning to enhance the flavors.
  • 1. Grease the air fryer basket generously with oil. 2. Arrange half of the salmon in the basket. 3. Air-fry at 200C for 8-9 minutes, or until the salmon is golden and cooked through, then add the rest of the almonds for the final 2 minutes. 4. Transfer the cooked salmon to a plate. 5. Repeat the process with the remaining salmon.
  • Combine reserved dressing with lemon juice in a small bowl and stir until mixed.
  • Portion out the salad and avocado into individual serving bowls. Arrange the salmon on top and generously drizzle on the dressing. Finish with a sprinkle of toasted almonds and serve with lemon wedges alongside. Enjoy watching our tutorial video for our Air Fryer Green Goddess Salmon Salad!
