Air-Fried Bologna Sandwich

Delicious air fryer bologna sandwich ready in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices white sandwich bread
  • 1 slice Bologna, beef
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place 1 slice of bread in the preheated air fryer and cook for 1 minute until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining slice of bread.
  • Peel casing off the bologna and make 4 slits with a knife to prevent curling. Cook in the air fryer for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • On 1 slice of bread, generously slather mayonnaise. Add layers of cheese, bologna, tomato, and lettuce. On the other slice of bread, spread a zesty mustard. Place the slices together to create a delicious sandwich.
