Ingredients:
  • 1.25 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, coat Brussels sprouts with oil, salt, and a pinch of cayenne seasoning before transferring them to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry until perfectly golden and crispy at the edges, for about 13-15 minutes.
  • Whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Coat cooked sprouts in the glaze and garnish with feta cheese.
