Air-fried spicy Buffalo chicken with no oil or butter for a healthier, low-fat twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup egg substitute
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Frank's®)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Frank's®)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
Instructions:
  • Combine Greek yogurt, egg substitute, and a flavorful blend of hot sauce in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Combine panko bread crumbs, paprika, garlic pepper, and cayenne pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Coat chicken strips in creamy yogurt mixture, then cover them with crispy panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place the chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer and cook until golden brown on each side, approximately 8 minutes per side.
