Crispy air-fried cauliflower florets tossed in zesty Buffalo sauce - perfect as an appetizer or main dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds cauliflower florets
  • 4 tablespoons Egg substitute, liquid
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup vegan Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
Instructions:
  • Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with egg substitute until well coated.
  • Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Seal and shake well to evenly mix the ingredients.
  • Coat half of the florets with seasoned flour in a bag, shake well to cover evenly. Transfer the coated florets to the air fryer basket and spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the cauliflower in the preheated air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the cauliflower over, spray any chalky spots with oil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining cauliflower florets.
  • Warm up the buffalo wing sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Place the cauliflower in a spacious bowl. Drizzle the warm sauce on top and mix well until everything is evenly coated. Serve the dish while it's hot.
