Slow cooker chocolate-covered peanuts: Simply mix peanuts, almond bark, and chocolate chips for a fun, crunchy treat that kids will love!
Ingredients:
  • 18 ounces white almond bark, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, or more to taste
  • 24 ounces lightly salted peanuts, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a slow cooker set to High, melt almond bark uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5 to 10 minutes. Switch to Low and stir in chocolate chips. Continue cooking and stirring until chips are melted and mixture darkens, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and gently fold in the peanuts. Place a dollop on a parchment paper to check the texture; it should be dense and lumpy. If it's too liquidy, mix in additional chocolate chips and peanuts.
  • Prepare multiple baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper. Use a melon baller to scoop spoonfuls of the peanut mixture onto the lined baking sheets. Allow the mixture to harden before serving, which will take approximately 1 hour.
