Boost your morning with a nutritious blend of toasted oats, dried fruit, and seeds for a satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 400g (4 cups) rolled oats
  • 160g (1 cup) whole almonds
  • 150g (1 cup) dried apricots, chopped
  • 160g (1 cup) sultanas
  • 65g (1 cup) dried apple, chopped
  • 80g (1/2 cup) sunflower seed kernels
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the rolled oats and almonds in a large baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven, shaking the dish occasionally, until aromatic and lightly toasted (about 20-30 minutes). Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix together toasted rolled oats, almonds, dried apricots, sultanas, dried apple, and sunflower seed kernels. Transfer the mixture to an airtight jar and store in a cool place for up to 1 month.
