Start your day deliciously with Curtis Stone's sweet and nutty bircher muesli.
Ingredients:
  • 200g apple
  • 180g rolled oats
  • 500.00 ml low-fat Greek-style yoghurt
  • 262.50 gm Brand apple juice no added sugar
  • 0.63 gm Brand ground cinnamon
  • 100g Brand dried apricots, from a 200g packet
  • 89.38 gm Brand honey, from a 500g jar
  • 62.50 ml natural almonds, from a 350g packet, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 40g pistachio
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh apples, nutritious oats, creamy yogurt, sweet apple juice, and warming cinnamon in a bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In a small heavy saucepan, mix dried apricots, honey, and 1/3 cup of water. Simmer over medium-low heat until apricots are plump and syrup slightly thickens, about 10 minutes. Cool completely before using.
  • Spoon the muesli into 4 bowls. Then, add the apricot mixture, almonds, and pistachios on top before serving.
