Ingredients:
  • 200.00 gm rolled oats
  • 393.75 gm apple juice
  • 125.00 ml thick natural yoghurt
  • 1 granny smith apple, grated
  • 125g strawberries, hulled, chopped
  • 62.50 ml flaked almonds, toasted
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • Natural yoghurt, to serve
  • Extra strawberries, to serve
  • 20g butter
  • 1 granny smith apple, peeled, sliced
  • 27.00 gm maple syrup
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix oats with apple juice until fully combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, melt butter. Add apple slices and syrup, then cook for 4-5 mins, stirring occasionally, until caramelised.
  • Prior to serving, combine yogurt, apple, strawberries, almonds, and honey with oats, ensuring they are well mixed. Spoon the mixture into bowls and garnish with caramelized apple, more yogurt, and additional strawberries.
