Power up your morning with this hearty and nutritious muesli, perfect for active individuals.
Ingredients:
  • 200g rolled oats
  • 100g mixed nuts (such as almonds, macadamias and pistachios), chopped
  • 40.00 ml sunflower seeds
  • 50g mixed dried fruits (such as cherries, cranberries, sultanas and raisins)
  • 1 red apple, cored, grated
  • 500ml apple juice
  • 280g yoghurt
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 120g punnet raspberries
Instructions:
  • Combine the oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, dried fruits, apple, juice, and yoghurt in a bowl, mix thoroughly, and let sit for 15 minutes to slightly soften before serving.
  • Place the honey and raspberries (keeping a few for topping) in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Scoop the bircher muesli into serving bowls, generously drizzle with raspberry sauce, and garnish with reserved raspberries before serving.
