Whip up a quick, nutritious quinoa bircher bowl with apple and yogurt for a satisfying gluten-free breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 65g (2/3 cup) quinoa flakes
  • 130g (1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
  • 1 apple, coarsely grated
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) So Good Soy Prebiotic Milk
  • 20.00 ml sunflower seed kernels
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 125.00 ml fresh mixed berries (such as raspberries or blueberries).
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix quinoa flakes, yogurt, apple, milk, sunflower seed kernels, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften. Top with berries before serving.
