Elevate your Christmas roast with a flavorful festive stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices prosciutto, chopped
  • 500.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 82.50 ml chopped parsley
  • 50g almond
  • 80g currants
  • 30g butter, chopped, softened
Instructions:
  • In a hot frying pan with olive oil, sauté the onion for 4 minutes. Toss in the prosciutto and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Transfer everything to a bowl and mix in the breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, almonds, currants, and butter until well blended.
