Delicious and effortless dairy- and gluten-free ice cream recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 500 ml hazelnut milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons runny honey
  • 500 g soya yoghurt
  • 1 splash of amaretto optional
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, hazelnut milk, sugar, and honey. Simmer on low heat until sugar dissolves (avoid boiling). Let the milk mixture cool, then whisk in soya yogurt and amaretto (if desired). Transfer to an ice-cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until thick and frozen. Place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 1 hour. Serve with crushed toasted almonds for a delightful finish.
