Energize with a delightful gluten-free, dairy-free almond iced coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 150g Brand almond kernels
  • 4 fresh dates, pits removed
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 20.00 ml instant coffee
  • 28.60 gm Brand pure Australian honey
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 1000.00 ml ice
Instructions:
  • Place almonds in a bowl and cover with water, allowing them to soak for 2 hours. Drain and discard the soaking water.
  • In a blender, combine almonds, 2 cups of water, and dates until silky smooth. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any solids.
  • Add almond milk and all remaining ingredients back into the blender. Blend until velvety smooth, then carefully pour the mixture into serving glasses. Enjoy promptly.
