Elevate classic chocolate chip cookies with pistachios and white chocolate chips for a unique and delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gently incorporate into the creamed butter mixture until just combined. Fold in pistachios and white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges begin to crisp, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
