Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.125 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.33333334326744 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with a silicon mat or parchment paper.
  • Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy using a spatula. Then, vigorously whisk in the egg and vanilla for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. Add it to the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips. Use a small scoop or large spoon to place dough on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on the sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
