Get creative with your biscuit shapes using a 2-inch cookie cutter for light and creamy biscuits.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package quick active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix yeast with warm water until dissolved. Add sugar, Bisquick mix, and half-and-half, stirring to form dough.
  • Transfer dough to a generously dusted surface with Bisquick mix and gently coat by rolling. Form a ball and knead 10 times. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut using a 2-inch cutter dusted in Bisquick mix. Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet, cover, and allow to rise in a warm spot for about 30 minutes until soft and puffy.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake until golden brown, for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.
