Orange-Cream Angel Cake

Quick and guilt-free dessert ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 round angel food cake (10 inch)
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® original yogurt orange crème
  • 1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Instructions:
  • Slice the cake in half horizontally to create two layers. Place the bottom layer on a serving plate, cut side up. Spread yogurt evenly over the cut surface. Top with the second cake layer, placing it cut side down.
  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add orange juice concentrate and mix until blended. Serve the whipped cream with cake and optionally garnish with orange peel curls. Refrigerate any leftovers.
