Delicious orange cream popsicles with whole yogurt, milk, orange juice concentrate, and sugar - a refreshing summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup (170g) orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (340g) plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Combine orange concentrate and sugar in a large mixing bowl, preferably one with a spout that can hold 3 cups of liquid. Whisk in yogurt and milk until the mixture is smooth and thick, resembling a bottled smoothie or pulp-filled juice.
  • Prepare the popsicles: If you don’t have a spouted bowl, transfer the ice pop mixture to a large glass measuring cup. Fill your popsicle mold with the yogurt mixture up to the fill line or leave 1/4 inch of space from the top of an alternative container, like a small paper cup. Insert sticks into the popsicle mold and freeze. For alternative containers, cover with plastic wrap and cut a slit in the center to secure the stick in place and keep the popsicle covered.
  • Place the popsicles in the freezer and allow them to freeze undisturbed for 8 hours. Adjust the sticks in alternative containers, if necessary.
  • To effortlessly serve, follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to unmold the popsicles once frozen. Place the mold in warm water for 1 minute to release them smoothly.
  • To store, place any uneaten popsicles in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months. Enjoyed the recipe? Please share your feedback by leaving a review!
