Creamy almond milk and tangy orange juice create a refreshing swirled orange pop.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Almond Breeze Vanilla almondmilk
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
Instructions:
  • Combine Almond Breeze, sugar, cornstarch, coconut oil, and extract in a small saucepan. Simmer, whisking often, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Cool occasionally, then enjoy!
  • Transfer 2/3 of the mixture to a new bowl and gently fold in the orange juice concentrate. Swirl the combined mixture lightly.
  • Fill the ice cream pop molds with the mixture and insert a handle or stick into each one. Freeze overnight.
