Ingredients:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.25 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a double boiler set over simmering water, whisk together egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, water, cream of tartar, and salt. Beat vigorously until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla or preferred flavor, and continue to beat until thick and easily spreadable.
