Ingredients:
  • 350g penne rigati pasta
  • 100g mild salami, thinly sliced
  • 690g Brand Italian Passata Tomato Sauce
  • 60g olive
  • 280g btl Brand Mixed Chargrilled Vegetables
  • 275g Brand Marinated Artichokes, drained, halved
  • 100g semi-dried tomatoes with mixed basil
  • 125.00 ml basil, finely shredded
  • Parmesan, finely grated, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta in a generously sized pot of boiling water according to the package instructions until it is firm to the bite. Drain thoroughly.
  • Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook salami until crisp, then transfer to a plate. Add passata, olive, vegetables, artichoke, and tomatoes to the pan. Simmer for 5 mins until heated through.
  • Pour the flavorful tomato mixture over the pasta and mix gently. Add the fragrant basil and mix again. Serve in individual bowls and top with the tantalizing salami and parmesan before serving.
