Elevate your pizza with deli-fresh toppings.
Ingredients:
200g pizza base
50g sachet tomato paste
6freshly slicedsopressa salami, from the deli
4sweet baby peppers with feta, each cut into 3 slices
100g marinated artichokes
125.00 ml Mediterranean mixed pitted olives
62.50 ml semi-dried tomatoes from the deli
6baby bocconcini, halved
50g baby rocket leaves
Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Place pizza bases on two baking trays. Spread tomato paste on the bases, then add salami. Top with peppers, artichoke, olives, tomatoes, and bocconcini. Bake for 12 minutes until the crust is golden.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with arugula. Slice the dish and enjoy with a medley of salad greens.
