Elevate your pizza with deli-fresh toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 200g pizza base
  • 50g sachet tomato paste
  • 6 freshly sliced sopressa salami, from the deli
  • 4 sweet baby peppers with feta, each cut into 3 slices
  • 100g marinated artichokes
  • 125.00 ml Mediterranean mixed pitted olives
  • 62.50 ml semi-dried tomatoes from the deli
  • 6 baby bocconcini, halved
  • 50g baby rocket leaves
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Place pizza bases on two baking trays. Spread tomato paste on the bases, then add salami. Top with peppers, artichoke, olives, tomatoes, and bocconcini. Bake for 12 minutes until the crust is golden.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with arugula. Slice the dish and enjoy with a medley of salad greens.
