Whip up a delicious vegetarian pizza with minimal ingredients in just four easy steps!
Ingredients:
  • 440g Aldo's Sauced Pizza Base
  • 280g btl Antipasto Chargrilled Vegetables
  • 5 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 25g baby rocket leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place the pizza base on a large baking tray and drain the antipasto on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Cover the pizza crust generously with a colorful array of antipasto ingredients. Place it in the oven and bake for 12 minutes until perfectly cooked.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and bake until the crust is crispy and the mozzarella begins to melt, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh arugula leaves.
