Antipasto plate with parmesan toast

Deli-inspired mini dishes with parmesan toast platter.
Ingredients:
  • 200g tub hommus
  • 150g tub basil dip
  • 120g pitted Kalamata olives
  • 120g Greek style antipasto mix
  • 100g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 100g chargrilled vegetables
  • 2 pieces Lebanese bread
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 125.00 ml grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2.50 gm Cajun seasoning mix
Instructions:
  • To make Parmesan Toast: Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C fan. Place Lebanese bread on 2 baking trays, then drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over each. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning on each piece. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy and golden. Allow to cool on trays, then break into pieces to serve as toasts.
  • Assemble dips and remaining ingredients on a large platter and garnish with parmesan toast for a delightful presentation.
