Elevate your party with a luxurious platter of meats, cheeses, and veggies dips.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml semi-dried tomatoes
  • 3 marinated artichokes, drained, quartered
  • 125.00 ml marinated olives, drained
  • 150g shaved ham
  • 150g shaved Italian salami
  • 100g shaved jarlsberg or Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices chargrilled eggplant
  • 1 large avocado
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 small lemon, juiced
  • Wild rocket, to serve
  • Crusty bread, sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • In 3 small bowls, set out the tomatoes, artichokes, and olives. On a platter, artfully display the ham, salami, cheese, and eggplant.
  • Peel and slice the creamy avocado, then gently mash it in a bowl. Mix in sweet chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper. Stir well to combine all the delicious flavors.
  • Present a delightful antipasto platter with creamy avocado dip, peppery arugula, and rustic bread.
