Create a stunning platter with assorted cold cuts and marinated veggies for a delicious and shareable experience.
Ingredients:
  • 8 marinated artichokes
  • 200g kalamata olives
  • 16 slices chargrilled kumara (orange sweet potato)
  • 24 slices chargrilled zucchini
  • 280g jar chargrilled mushrooms, drained
  • 150g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 16 slices double smoked ham
  • 16 slices mortadella
  • 16 slices prosciutto
  • Rocket leaves, to serve
  • 150g butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1250.00 ml basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 large French stick
Instructions:
  • For delectable garlic bread, preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix butter, garlic, and basil in a bowl. Slice the bread into 1.5cm-thick pieces. Generously spread the flavorful butter mixture on both sides of each slice. Wrap the slices in foil, place on a baking tray, and bake for 20 minutes until hot. Enjoy the irresistible aroma!
  • Arrange artichokes, olives, kumara, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, mortadella, and prosciutto on a large platter. Pair with rocket and fresh bread.
