Create a stunning antipasti platter with cheeses, meats, veggies, and spices for a bold and delicious party starter.
Ingredients:
  • 2 heads iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 2.5 pounds sliced provolone cheese
  • 0.5 pound Genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 pound Capacola sausage, sliced
  • 0.25 pound pepperoni sausage, sliced
  • 0.25 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (6 ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 0.75 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 0.5 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 0.5 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Peel off the outer leaves of the lettuce heads. Place about one-third of the leaves in a single layer on a large serving platter. Sprinkle evenly with one-third of the garlic powder and one-third of the oregano, then dress to your preference. Add layers of ham and Provolone on top.
  • Place another layer of Provolone cheese on top of the previous layer, followed by 1/3 of the remaining lettuce, 1/3 of the garlic powder, 1/3 of the oregano, your preferred amount of dressing, salami, and capacola.
  • Layer the remaining lettuce, garlic powder, oregano, dressing, pepperoni, prosciutto, and roast beef one more time.
  • Arrange a colorful and flavorful medley of mushrooms, artichokes, roasted red peppers, black olives, pepperoncini, and green olives. Finish with a generous drizzle of additional dressing to enhance the fresh and vibrant flavors.
  • Sprinkle with a trio of luscious Gorgonzola, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
