Impress guests with a stunning antipasto platter featuring stuffed peppers, olives, creamy camembert, and cured meats.
Ingredients:
45g can Anchovies Extra Virgin Olive Oil
425g jar Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained
290g jar Artisan Collection Green Olives with Lemon & Chilli, drained
1/2 x 350g jar Baby Cucumbers, drained
280g jar Artisan Collection Feta Stuffed Peppers, drained
280g jar Artisan Collection Mixed Olives & Greek Feta, drained
480g jar Sundried Tomatoes Strips, drained
125g pkt Always Fresh Grissini Rosemary & Sea Salt
Slicedprosciutto, to serve
120g pkt Crustini Olive Oil & Sea Salt
Coles Double Cream Camembert, to serve
Slicedsalami, to serve
Instructions:
Assemble anchovies, kalamata olives, green olives, cucumbers, peppers, mixed olives, and tomatoes on a rustic serving board.
Wrap half of the grissini in prosciutto slices, then arrange them on a serving board with the crustini and remaining grissini. Serve alongside camembert, salami, and extra prosciutto slices.
