Impress guests with a stunning antipasto platter featuring stuffed peppers, olives, creamy camembert, and cured meats.
Ingredients:
  • 45g can Anchovies Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 425g jar Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained
  • 290g jar Artisan Collection Green Olives with Lemon & Chilli, drained
  • 1/2 x 350g jar Baby Cucumbers, drained
  • 280g jar Artisan Collection Feta Stuffed Peppers, drained
  • 280g jar Artisan Collection Mixed Olives & Greek Feta, drained
  • 480g jar Sundried Tomatoes Strips, drained
  • 125g pkt Always Fresh Grissini Rosemary & Sea Salt
  • Sliced prosciutto, to serve
  • 120g pkt Crustini Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • Coles Double Cream Camembert, to serve
  • Sliced salami, to serve
Instructions:
  • Assemble anchovies, kalamata olives, green olives, cucumbers, peppers, mixed olives, and tomatoes on a rustic serving board.
  • Wrap half of the grissini in prosciutto slices, then arrange them on a serving board with the crustini and remaining grissini. Serve alongside camembert, salami, and extra prosciutto slices.
