Antipasto wreath recipe

Festive antipasto platter, perfect for holiday celebrations.
Ingredients:
  • 400g thinly sliced assorted cured deli meat
  • 170g jar marinated artichokes, drained, halved
  • 250g mascarpone-filled bell peppers
  • 250g tub mixed olives, drained
  • 100g shaved Swiss cheese
  • 400g mixed cherry tomatoes, some halved
  • 150g chargrilled capsicum
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Skewer deli meat, artichoke, peppers, olives, cheese, tomato, capsicum, and zucchini onto small cocktail skewers in a colorful array.
  • Assemble antipasto skewers in a circle on a big serving platter or board. Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
