Anzac biscuit bliss balls recipe

Celebrate Anzac Day with these tasty bliss balls, great for lunch boxes or quick snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 6 (about 175g) Anzac Biscuits*, coarsely chopped
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 45g rolled oats
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Combine biscuit, coconut, oats, cream cheese, and golden syrup in a food processor. Process until mixture is well combined.
  • Shape 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture into balls and arrange them on a lined tray. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.
