Apple and apricot crumble

Create a comforting homemade crumble to share with your family.
Ingredients:
  • 800g can pie apples
  • 400g can apricot halves, drained,
  • 1/2 packet plain sweet biscuits
  • 100g cold butter, chopped
  • 28.05 gm desiccated coconut
  • 25.00 gm rolled oats
  • Cream or ice cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a moderate 180°C and lightly grease an 8-cup ovenproof dish.
  • Combine the apples and apricots in the dish.
  • In a food processor, combine biscuits, butter, and sugar until a coarse texture forms. Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in coconut and oats.
  • Evenly distribute the topping mixture over the fruit. Bake until golden for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy with cream or ice cream, if desired.
