Apple and lemongrass iced cider

Elevate summer cider with crisp apples and zesty lemongrass iced tea.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small red apple, thinly sliced (see notes)
  • 1 small green apple, thinly sliced
  • 3-1000.00 ml ice cubes
  • 40.00 ml ginger wine, optional
  • 1 x 465ml Crisp Apple & Lemongrass Fuze Iced Tea
  • 1 x 375ml sweet apple cider
  • 1 stick lemongrass, ends trimmed, lightly bruised
Instructions:
  • Layer one third of the apple slices at the bottom of a large jug, and then add half of the ice cubes on top.
  • Layer the rest of the apple slices and all the remaining ice, then top off with a final layer of apple slices. Drizzle the ginger wine over the top.
  • Simultaneously pour the iced tea and cider over the apple slices in the jug. Quarter the lemongrass stick lengthways, leaving two-thirds intact. Add it to the jug and gently whisk. Serve by pouring into chilled glasses.
