Indulge in a delectable apple cider crisp for a delightful family dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 7 cups sliced peeled Granny Smith apples (about 7 medium)
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and generously coat an 11x7-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Add 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter into a food processor. Pulse 4 times until crumbly.
  • In a large bowl, lovingly combine apples, apple cider, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of flour, and cinnamon. Transfer mixture into pan and generously sprinkle crumb mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown. Serve deliciously warm.
