Cinnamon-sugar taco cup with apple pie ice cream sundae.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup apple pie filling
  • 1 (6 inch) flour tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar, or to taste
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Transfer the apple pie filling to a bowl and then finely chop the apples.
  • Nestle the tortilla into a small oven-proof bowl to shape it into a cup. Brush the interior of the tortilla with melted butter and generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy. Then, gently transfer from the bowl and allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • Place a generous scoop of ice cream into the taco cup, layer with the apple pie filling, and top it off with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for the perfect finish.
