Try this easy, zesty chimichurri with lemon for an authentic Argentinean side dish that complements any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.33333334326744 cup minced shallot
  • 0.33333334326744 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, parsley, basil, thyme, and oregano in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
