Golden parmesan-topped seafood dip, perfect solo or on crispy English muffins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 16 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped onion
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine artichoke hearts, crabmeat, creamy mayonnaise, onions, and cheese in a mixing bowl, ensuring everything is evenly mixed.
  • Halve the English muffins and generously spread the mixture on each cut side. Quarter each muffin and lay the bites on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 12 minutes. Serve piping hot.
