Ingredients:
  • 100g marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 125.00 ml finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • Pinch paprika, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together artichoke, beans, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
