Whip up a quick and refreshing slaw with just a bag of pre-shredded mix. Just toss and chill for a delicious side dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a spacious bowl.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
