Try our succulent Asian chicken and mango salad for a simple, delicious dinner. The luscious mango will leave you craving more!
Ingredients:
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut into long matchsticks
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into long matchsticks
  • 2 celery sticks, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 80g bean sprout
  • 125.00 ml mint sprigs
  • 1 Hot Roast Chicken, bones removed, meat shredded
  • 25g shredded coconut
  • 42.40 gm Thai-style salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Combine the spring onion, carrot, cucumber, celery, mango, bean sprouts, mint, and chicken in a large bowl, tossing gently to mix.
  • Present the salad beautifully on a serving platter. Add a generous sprinkle of coconut on top, then drizzle with dressing.
