Creamy Asian-Style Chicken and Rice

Make gourmet Asian cuisine at home with this simple 6-ingredient oven dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Chicken Helper™ Oven Favorites® creamy chicken & rice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 13x9-inch pan, combine uncooked rice, sauce mix, peanut butter, boiling water, and soy sauce until peanut butter is melted. Mix in the vegetables.
  • Lay chicken in pan. Tear corner of Cheese Sauce Topping pouch. Drizzle cheese sauce on each chicken breast. Sprinkle bread crumb Topping over cheese-covered chicken.
  • Bake without a cover for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken juices run clear when the thickest part of the chicken is cut.
