Whip up a speedy and flavorful asparagus and green bean salad with only four ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
  • 125g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 64.38 gm French dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Spread pine nuts on a baking tray and bake for 4 to 5 minutes until golden.
  • Cook beans and asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes until tender. Drain and cool under cold water.
  • Combine pine nuts, beans, and asparagus in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to mix. Serve.
