Chicken, asparagus and bean penne

Create a quick, tasty family meal with creamy chicken, asparagus, and bean pasta in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 350g penne
  • 1 medium leek, pale section only, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 500g RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch asparagus, coarsely chopped
  • 150g broad bean
  • 300ml cream
  • 40g parmesan
  • 40.00 ml dill, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the penne in a sizable saucepan of boiling water according to the instructions on the packet until it is al dente. Be sure to drain it thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sauté leek and garlic, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook the chicken until golden brown by stirring for about 5 minutes. Then, add the asparagus, beans, and cream, reduce the heat to low, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Toss the penne with the chicken mixture until the pasta is coated and heated through. Mix in the Parmesan, season to taste, and sprinkle with dill before serving.
