Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 bunch asparagus stalks, ends cut
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup chopped cashews
Instructions:
  • In a wok, warm olive oil and sesame oil over gentle heat. Sauté ginger until lightly browned. Toss in asparagus and stir-fry briefly. Pour in soy sauce and cashews. Cook until asparagus is tender yet vibrant, stirring often.
