Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 500g lean mince beef
  • 700g pasta sauce (I used Leggos Italian Herb Pomodoro)
  • 200g lasagna sheets
  • 150g ham, sliced
  • 3 eggs, hard bolied and sliced
  • 186.45 gm barbecue sauce
  • 500g tasty cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes. Add mince and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in Pomodoro sauce and cook until bubbly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 1. Start by laying out lasagna sheets evenly in a 15 x 15 baking dish. 2. Spread one-third of the mince mixture over the lasagna sheets, followed by a layer of ham, eggs, BBQ sauce, and one-third of the cheese. 3. Repeat the layers one more time. 4. Finish with a final layer of lasagna sheets and the remaining mince mixture. 5. Bake the lasagna uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cheese is perfectly melted. Enjoy with garlic bread.
