Impress with this quick Aussie pavlova topped with fresh mango, grapes, and passionfruit for easy entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 gm ground ginger
  • 55g ginger
  • 500g Pavlova
  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 passionfruit
  • 15 green grapes
  • 62.50 ml mint leaves
  • Extra chopped naked ginger uncrystallised
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, whip cream and ground ginger until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the chopped ginger.
  • Serving suggestion: Transfer the pavlova onto a plate, dollop with cream mixture, arrange mango, passionfruit pulp, grapes and mint on top. Finish by sprinkling with additional chopped ginger before serving.
